In 2025, we realized a need for our Yardi clients - Accounting as a Service. We are so happy to offer this to our clients as a service to add to our portfolio of our other offerings like Consulting Advisory, Project Management, and Support as a Service, Optimization Support.

Our Accounting as a Service offering includes full-cycle Accounts Payable support, from vendor setup and invoice entry to payment processing via cheques, EFT, or your preferred method. We handle Accounts Receivable with precision — including monthly rent postings, payment processing, and arrears reporting. We also manage Tenant Profile Creation, ensuring accurate setup of all financial details such as rent charges, banking information, and recovery structures. At move-out, we take care of Move-Out Accounting, including system offboarding, deposit reconciliations, and applying deductions or charges in accordance with your policies.

We support your monthly financial operations with end-to-end services, including bank reconciliations, journal entries (one-time and recurring), and complete month-end close processes tailored to your operational needs. Our team manages the generation and disbursement of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards. Beyond processing, we maintain proactive communication with your team to clarify entries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure your books are always audit-ready. Each cycle is designed to provide clear visibility into financial performance, strengthen internal controls, and give leadership the confidence to make informed business decisions.
